Usage Instructions
 
Apply Moisture Wrap Permanent Wave Booster to the base of the hair shaft.
Block the hair and wrap in the desired pattern.
Cover hair with a plastic cap and process for 10 minutes. Check “S” pattern. If “S” pattern is not as desired, replace plastic cap, and check “S” pattern every 5 minutes until desired result is achieved.
Follow with Wave Lock Neutralizer.
